Do not go to Champs if your handicapped and in a wheelchair. I asked two waitresses if it was okay and they said, "no problem". I ordered a drink and dinner. The manager came up and told me "I'm causing a fire hazzard". I got so upset, I cancelled my dinner order. The manager told me that if I didn't pay for my meal, he would call the police. I paid for my drink and left. He did not offer me a handicap table. He was so mean and I was shaking angry!!! The manager needs handicap training.

On Friday December 29, 2017 my daughter in-law got stranded in Detroit Metro for 12 hours with no money or anything to eat, the worthless airlines refused to help so I had to figure out how I could. I called multiple restaurants to place an order over the phone for her but none of them would accommodate me, until I called Champps. A very helpful man named Vinnie or Vincent told me he would be more than happy to assist her just have her come in she ordered I payed with my credit card and she finally got food after 10 hours in a airport. Vinnie did not have to do this but he is a man that understands the struggles of life and not how to rush judgment, thank you for everything Vinnie and I will pay you back someday for your kindness and hospitality. Terrible! Dont go there. More that 45 minutes waiting for lunch!! After a long time waiting we paid and asked to change the order as to go order because the fligth boarding time was getting tigth... at the end we had to leave without lunch because we never got the food and the final call for boarding was made!!! I cant believe it. Please consider that we just asked sadwiches and burguers.... only one thing is sure about this place: I will never come back! (I would continue typing but I am hungry hahaha) p.s. google should have -5 stars rating available for this kind of terrible places.

Just ask for Kimberly. She is amazing, fun and very attentive. Great beer selection.
