I have visited this Ashley's location many many times (because the beer and food is good) but the one thing that always frustrates me is the greeting (lack thereof) from the hostess when you arrive. No matter when I have visited Ashley's, slow weekday evening or busy weekend there is never a hostess to be seen when you enter. Then you find yourself awkwardly standing around for a few minutes until finally someone emerges who seems surprised to see you! This exact scenario has happened to me at least 10+ times (ugh). As far as the food and beer go both are good. They have a great craft beer selection (a little more expensive than most, $7-$10 for a lot of beers). I highly recommend the Korean short rib tacos and the pizzas are good.

I went with a party of 7. The menu had good food and drink offerings but the service was deplorable! Our waitress seemed very confused and stopped coming to our table after we ordered. When we asked another server to find her because we were out of drinks and had ordered spicy food he said "I'm looking for her too!" (He never did offer to assist) 30 minutes later she arrived and gave everyone the wrong checks. We never did get drinks. The manager explained the delay to new tables, but existing tables were ignored. We asked for the manager and her customer service skills were non-existent. She said "you're already mad, so I don't know what I am supposed to do about that." We explained that we were begrudgingly paying our bill and werent leaving a tip. She then said we didn't have to pay our bill. Won't be going back. While she did cover our bill, that wasn't our goal. We just wanted a nice night out with friends and we're willing to spend more/order more, but weren't given the opportunity.

The food is always good and three wait staff knows the beer list. Tell them what you like and they make perfect recommendations. April, behind the long bar is the BEST!

Have had dates here and the food is very good and drinks keep coming. Very friendly staff. Plenty of TV's with sports. Prices are very reasonable. Appetizers are delicious. I would come back.

47+ Taps. This is my home base for craft. Are there better places? Sure, but not in the area. As long as you're not in a hurry, this is a great place to grab a craft and pub eats. Nothing fancy, but a good pub doesn't need to be.
