Champlain Family Health

Clean sophisticated new building. Great staff. Eager to watch them expand and offer more services in the near future. I'm glad Champlain has this.

Always great interaction with the staff and good communication. I believe the new facility has created some concerns of not speaking to regular staff that knows us by name. I will keep my rating high until I experience service that dictates otherwise.

I always loved the Doctors here which is why I chose to stay loyal to this Doctor's office. However whenever I call they always put me on hold and either hang up on me or never call me back. This was very disappointing, hopefully they will lighten up and become more professional...

A couple things it seems like when you call there no one answers the phone it stays on hold.. And it seems like once you are seen there and you get told stuff from your doctor about being put on a certain medication but your insurance didn't cover it then u call back and tell them they say there gonna check into it and call you back and never do. I tried calling 5 times today to make a appointment a nd no answer for left on hold till the office was closed..
