Great service. They come and see you to help. Enough staff to help all customers who need it. Greater warmly by what I think is the manager or owner. Oh and a great selection and prices too. My new favorite hardware store in St Jean
Wow, what a great place to shop. It is super clean and the staff are super helpful I really could not recommend more. The prices are also slightly better than the competition.
I tried my experience again after I was replied to my comment about customer service, by the store's boss. I must admit that I received an excellent service very welcoming and I have edited my review to 5 stars now.
I needed a washer for the only sink in my apartment. I had done every hardware store in the area with no luck...they had the washer I needed on a display model so I asked the manager if he could sell me that one since he didn't have it in stock. He refused to sell me a 2 dollar washer to fix my only sink.....I currently have no way to wash my dishes/brush my teeth/ do anything that requires running water. I begged him to sell me the washer and this souless guy cared more about a display drain than me. I ordered the washer online and won't get it for another 4-5 days. I have to dump my waste water into the toilet and my drain is currently a bucket under my sink. I have no words for the selfish disregard for a fellow human this piece of work displayed. Won't be going back here
If you need nuts, bolts, screws or any type of fasteners, this is the place. Good selection of tools and building supplies. Propane is also sold at a very reasonable price. Knowledgeable staff.
It has good selection of furniture and lamps but the prices are very high and it is a really expressive store, if you search for basic stuffs better search in other similar places
This store use to have good prices but over the last 2 years became more expensive than any other store in the city. Wood quality isnt great. Service is ok
