Very knowledgeable and they take pride in sourcing quality teas. Definitely worth the drive, bike or in our case the walk to get the best tea in the area.
My favorite place to get tea... awesome atmosphere great staff an amazing products. While you wait for your tea to be ready you can take a look at the other things you have to offer like teapots and teacups Etc check them out.
Great selection of teas, all weighed for you. Bags have instructions for tea to water ratio, and water steeping temperature. A nice little gem on Eddy Street.
This is my favourite tea store! The staff are always knowledgeable, considerate, and passionate about tea! I always leave with what I crave. So, so happy with them, and the quality of the tea. I can never buy tea elsewhere anymore... Thank you!!

Very good tea and the staff is very knowledgeable - even more so the owner. I tried a few of their recommendations and now have a couple of teas I keep stocked at home a Japanese green tea, a Chinese black tea and a Chinese jasmine tea. In my humble opinion, this is the best tea shop in the Gatineau-Ottawa area.
I love their selection, their services and their friendliness. A wonderful hang-out place to enjoy a good cup of tea!
