The food was pretty good, the prices on the other hand are very expensive for what you get. The staff was absolutely clueless. I’m not too sure if they were new or didn’t care. This girl was probably 18 years old, she should know how to put a croissant in the oven and then process the transaction. Four people were waiting in line 3 people were working and it took about six minutes for them to realize that nobody had ordered yet.

Very disappointed paid 35 but bought a big chunk of ice instead of a cake. Grab a cake today from the display cabinet in the front. Walked home, and found it's all frozen hard. I couldn't even cut it at first. 2 concerns here: if I let it defrost in the room temp, the pastry layer is going to be soaked by humidity; we have no idea when this cake was made, could be a month or longer. Why wouldn't I just buy a frozen one from Walmart? What service do you provide when charging much more if you can't even hang out a presentable and eatable product?

I love going to the Moulins its like a little piece of paris in gatineau! They have a wide variety or fresh pastries and bread, the little personal size deserts are to die for. My favorite is to go there on a rainy day and enjoy one of the great coffees they have to offer along with a housemade sandwich, soup and pastry! Great vibe and great service with really helpful staff. If you are too lazy to cook supper they also have a great variety of frozen meals. Defenitly highly recommend ,you won't regret visiting this great café

Nice French bakery and good selection of desserts located within center of the neighborhood. Great place to start a day for local residents.

I’m sorry but NO. I ordered a bunch of viennoiseries for breakfast. I ordered them at 8 am hoping they would be fresh out of the oven. They were not even warm. They came cold. The croissant was nothing special. Not flaky like it is supposed to be. Tastes buttery though. That’s about it. Nothing impressive.

Wow! Deliciousness and nice variety of sandwiches and pastries! Very Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Love the sit down space at this bakery and coffee shop. Always a great selection of baked treats and bread! Coffee is pretty decent too!

Love this place and theirs work hours, just wish they work late on weekends too. They got washrooms inside, place to seat and enjoy, also a variety of stuff, even a lazania

Deserts are rich and tasty. Also in love with their ham and cheese croissant. Choate if pretty good, but I'd try something small before investing in larger pieces. I prefer calibut. But the oval mouse is to die for .

Placed an order through their website for delivery. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I received a message saying my order was cancelled. I called the store to see why it was cancelled and they told me they never received a request. But when searching by name, the lady found the request. Highly disappointed with the store and the experience.
