Massive shopping mall with lots to see and do. It's very festive during the holiday season when we visited and was fun to see all the decorations. It is connected to the PATH so you can get here without walking outside in the cold. They have lots of eateries as well as boba shops and cafes.

Amazing mall right in the heart of downtown Toronto. Huge selection of stores, clean, modern, and very well organized. Everything you need is here including shopping, food, and easy access to transit.nnIt’s always lively, convenient, and a great place to spend time whether you’re shopping or just walking around. Definitely one of the best malls in Toronto.

I always love visiting the Eaton Centre at this time of year because it truly comes alive during the holiday season. The atmosphere is festive, warm, and unmistakably Toronto. The décor is always beautifully and tastefully done, and the massive Christmas tree—often described as the largest indoor tree in North America—never fails to impress. It instantly sets the mood and makes the space feel special, even if you’ve been here countless times before.nnWhile the mall can get very busy, especially during the holidays, the experience somehow remains manageable. Yes, some stores have long lines, but depending on where you shop, it still feels surprisingly bearable. There’s an energy to the Eaton Centre during this season that makes the crowds feel more like part of the experience rather than a deterrent.nnOne of its biggest advantages is convenience. The Eaton Centre is directly connected to two major subway stations, making it incredibly easy to access from anywhere in the city. Whether you’re meeting friends, shopping after work, or just wandering, the central location is unbeatable.nnThe food court is another standout feature—large, varied, and filled with great options for quick bites or casual meals. Add to that a wide selection of well-known and reliable stores, and it’s easy to see why this mall remains a Toronto staple.nnWhile it may not be the place for a quiet shopping experience, the Eaton Centre shines when it comes to festive charm, accessibility, and variety. It’s a classic for a reason.

This place is massive, well organized and well run. Lots of people walking around so it's impressive to see the place is spotless.nnThere's also plenty of security and once you enter it's a bit of a maze to find the exit if you're new in town.nnDefinitely a place worth checking out, there's something for everyone here. It was nice to see a live piano concert at one of the stores as well.

For me, this shopping mall is one of the most beautiful and impressive in Toronto. It’s not only huge in size but also has one of the best food courts in the city.nnStarting from the lower level — the food court is spacious, lively, and offers an incredible variety of dishes to suit every taste. From fast food to more refined meals, it’s truly a paradise for food lovers.nnThe range of stores is also great — from H&M to Guess, there’s something for every shopping enthusiast.nnNow, to the downsides. Unfortunately, some of the security staff behave unprofessionally. Instead of focusing on maintaining order, they often pay attention to the wrong people. At times, homeless individuals enter the mall freely while security watches ordinary visitors — it doesn’t feel very reassuring.nnAnother issue is the cleanliness of the restrooms, especially the one near the Queen Street exit — it’s honestly very dirty, and the smell can be noticed even from the hallway.nnOverall, despite a few drawbacks, I will definitely come back to this mall because it truly has many great things to offer. I just hope they improve the cleanliness and the attitude of the security staff.nnPros: wide variety of stores, excellent food court, convenient location, clean main areas.nCons: unprofessional security, dirty restrooms.
