It has been a nightmare since we met Brent Downie.  He didn't present offers from other agent and offered us lower price to buy our house.  We declined his offer and find our few months later there were offers close to our asking price.  DO NOT TRUST HIM!!

Shaun Cummingham was absolutely amazing during our first time buying experience. He was able to answer all our questions in a timely manor.  He took us to many houses before making our decision and he didn't pressure us at all.
