I found Garm by chance when Googling for nearby realtors online. I did not know anyone in Calgary when I first arrived, and was in desperate need for help buying a house. I have had consistently negative experiences with other realtors outside Canada, so I wasn't expecting much when I contacted him. But let me tell you: my experience with Garm simply blew me away. Garm is a genuine insider: Expert level knowledge about the gritty real estate legalities and paperwork. Has a sharp eye and could quickly assess the physical and location attributes of a house on the spot. He never sugarcoated a property he showed me. Garm orchestrated two separate house bids/offers, and in both cases I won, thanks to his working late hours, meticulously analyzing the property's historic pricing, changed features and even the seller's psychology amongst other things, to pinpoint the lowest price with maximum winning probability. He's very communicative, approachable and responsive at all times, so he'd call me and we'd thoroughly discuss our offer strategy. In both cases, we prevailed! In the first house, a problem has risen when the home inspector recommended by Garm himself, revealed an issue bigger than I wanted to tackle. We tried to reason with the seller, but they were not responsive. I remember Garm telling me over the phone: "If you're not %100 percent happy with this house, GIVE IT A PASS! We'll find you the perfect house". **Good luck finding another realtor that would make such a statement to a buyer after they've already made a successful bid!**. And he delivered on his promise, and bought me my current home, which I'm very happy with. Again he used a combination of expertise and his impressive range of personal contacts to negotiate and fetch the house at a lower-than-expected price. That was a few months ago. He still calls me occasionally to make sure I'm happily settled and everything is going smoothly. Long story short: I can't imagine myself using any other realtor or recommending anyone else for a family member. It's my opinion that if you found Garm, and he's able to take you in as a new client, consider yourself very, very lucky..

I just thank the opportunity that lead me to work with Garm Kang, he works from the bottom of his heart, trustworthy very informative and professional, I can say I just trusted his decisions and expertise and everything went smoothly and successfully.Working with Garm is a blessing in my opinion.
