If I could give 0 to this clinic I would and it's nothing to do with doctors. I was happy to finally get a family doctor, but to get appointment when you need is impossible even when you go there in person. Receptionists are unhelpful and rude.
0 stars !! Its impossible to get someone on the phone. I called over 10 times at different times during their opening hours and the automated message just keeps telling me that the clinic is close! It's impossible to get a follow up for the tests that I took? Horrible service!
As some other people mentioned, the doctors do what they can, some of the secretaries don't follow up with their call backs and sound like they have no clue as to what you're saying, very poor service.
Went online to make an appointment with my doctor because I could never seem to reach anyone on the phone at the clinic. Online it states I can only book a phone appointment and the earliest is in 10 days time. I book it and get an email confirmation. This morning I call 45 mins ahead of my appointment as I wasn't sure about something in the confirmation, the receptionist confirms me and says the doctor is "running behind". I have waited over an hour and still no call from my doctor, and now the clinic is "closed for lunch" so I could not even ask what the issue was. Doctor finally called me at 3pm and did not even apologize. I understand doctors are busy and they cannot know if they will run late with patients but communication with patients would be so helpful
Dr Georgeos is a compassionate, understanding and results-oriented doctor. I often feel I won the doctor/patient-lottery when I was assigned to him.
We got our family doctor in July. I had more luck and got my appointment just in a couple of months. My daughter did not do it right away and it was postponed for a half of a year. During this time she was diagnosed with MS, went to several hospitals for evaluation and got all info. I found it was sarcastic that getting an appointment with MCGill famous doctor in neurological field was faster and easier than with a so called family doctor in this clinic. Anyway, considering current situation With pandemic I stayed calm. I got what I think is bronchitis before holidays Covid test is negative and, wow, I left a message in their website and I was called and given an appointment right away by phone . Unfortunately my phone identified doctor’s no caller ID as spam and silenced calls so the phone never rang and I got messages after a fact. I started calling to a clinic right away. I called 6 times no one picked up a phone. I went there and got no help at all. Strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.
Doctor Beluska is great, she's the best family doctor I have had in years. I'm so glad that she agreed to take me as patient. Now if the office staff would answer the phone maybe I'll be able to make an appointment to see her!!! I've been trying for days to get through only to get a message that their lines are open until 4:00, and then get disconnected. It's unfortunate that the staff is giving this clinic a bad name.
I don't even know where to begin... Dr. Beluska is a great doctor, but ever since she came to this location fulltime, her service hasn't been the same. She never called my pharmacist to renew my prescription, she never sent me my blood work by mail or e-mail, and she never called me back for a follow up appointment in person I have medical forms that need to be signed by her for my nursing program. Very unorganized. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone or to make an appointment - No one picks up, there's no answering machine to leave a message, or call back options. Once I was put on hold for 45 minutes only to have the automated voice tell me to call back another time. It's very frustrating! Also, online they say they're open at 8AM, but they only turn on their phones at 9-9:30AM. I have better luck seeing a doctor at a walk-in clinic.
Doctor Dospenescu is amazing. She is the first doctor to take me seriously. After 7 years of fighting my previous doctor that something was wrong, she ordered a simple blood test and found my condition! Secretaries are horrible! You call within the times they give you and they still don't answer. It takes days to reach someone. You need to call WELL in advance to get an appointment. Wait times are awful too. Plan at least an hour wait.
Dr Peter Malak Georgeos is a rare find, a gem of a doctor : professional, intelligent, inquisitive, holistic, patient, and along with great bedside manners, he follows up and it shows he enjoys his work. Receptionists are courteous in what is a very simple small mall-like office space. I can’t speak for the quality of other personnel here but this would be five star if getting hold of someone by phone wasn’t as challenging. But it’s nothing compare to waiting a lifetime after the Quebec government to finally assign close ones a family doctor. It’s all about perspective people, perspective …
