Centre Médical Mieux-Être

I went to this clinic on August 15 with my 10 month old that was experience a high fever. I arrived at 19h30 there was no one at the réception, but i spoke to a doctor that told me to wait. The receptionist arrived 20 min later and told me that all doctors were gone and no one could assist me. She told me she would leave a note for the morning staff to give me an appointment for the next day. Since no one called me I called the clinic and was told they had no note and I have to try again the next day for an appointment for my 10 month old that has a high fever. I wanted to avoid going to hospital. Guess I have no choice since they kept me waiting for nothing when I could’ve gone somewhere else this whole time.

Disgusting service from the secretary i spoke too this morning on Thursday July 10 @ 09:10. Not even to try to assist and help me. I got prescribed a medication that gave me a rash all over my legs. I went there as an emergency Dr is not my family Dr, however, he did tell me: if anything, you call me and I will follow up. This secretary refused to take me stating: there is no note in the file that I can’t see him for a follow up because he’s NOT my family Dr. My medication needs to be changed and he did tell me ton contact him if anything. She replies back: you should call 811. What???? I’m in pain, and I need to call 811?? Basically, figure it out, not our problem. Honestly, CHAPEAU to you. I let her have it with a piece of my mind and hung up on her. Just amazing … they refuse to follow up with their patients. Nice job!!!!!

They LOST my blood! No phone call either. I went in May, and had an appointment with my doctor a few weeks after I went to mieux être viau for my blood work and the results were nowhere to be found in the DSQ. Reached out to the Clinic and they said they had some problems that week. How do you lose someone’s specimen!? And how don’t you at least call them to let them know instead of making them wait around?! Insane!

I’ve been coming here for my wife and sons. The service is always impeccable! From the secretarial staff to the nurses, it’s always an amazing experience! Very relaxing and reassuring! Our doctor is amazing as well! Honestly, i couldn’t ask for a better group of professionals

Our experience was so positive. Within less than an hour we saw the nurse, doctor and had an x-ray. The doctor reviewed the x-ray immediately and provided a prescription. It's far from our home, but saved us the time we would have lost in an emergency room. Even the reception staff exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
