Centre Médical Mieux-Être

To begin the nurse seem to be someone that recently arrive in Canada not able to call your full name properly. Second when doing the blood test I had to hold the equipment for her. The Dr is inpatient not letting the time to explain my issues. No respect they need to change the staff or close.

I was waiting on the line for an hour not anyone's fault, lines can just be busy I know but when it was my turn the receptionist hung up on me instead of answering my call! I have no issues with my doctor here, but the reception is pathetic. This is the most basic part of your job.

waiting time when you call is ridiculous!! makes no sense

Waited on the line for 2h15 only to have the line drop the call, how is this acceptable ???! How do you not have a callback system with all that money you are making???!!

I went to this clinic on August 15 with my 10 month old that was experience a high fever. I arrived at 19h30 there was no one at the réception, but i spoke to a doctor that told me to wait. The receptionist arrived 20 min later and told me that all doctors were gone and no one could assist me. She told me she would leave a note for the morning staff to give me an appointment for the next day. Since no one called me I called the clinic and was told they had no note and I have to try again the next day for an appointment for my 10 month old that has a high fever. I wanted to avoid going to hospital. Guess I have no choice since they kept me waiting for nothing when I could’ve gone somewhere else this whole time.
