I regret putting my mom there. They are strong on chemical restraint. Cleanliness is neglected. I send emails and it's difficult to get a response. I could go on and on.nnI will respond to your response!!!nThe photos are not several months old because the floor in my mother's bedroom was finally done at the end of the week of March 4, 2024 so yes finally after more than 14 months of request it is finally corrected. Hoping that the cleanliness will be done at the same time because it was very poorly done. I had a meeting on March 6, 2024 and I was finally listened to because the same request had been made at the end of November to completely remove Risperdale which completely removed my mother's abilities. By the end of March she will finally have more but I had to write here and open a complaint for her to move or for people to listen to me.

Best CHSLD I have ever seen! My grandmother has been there for 1 year. The staff is really pleasant, helpful and kind! You can see that they love their job and they really take care of the residents! I'm not afraid for my grandmother there, I know she is well treated and cared for. In addition, the place does not exude decrepitude like in many other centers... It is well maintained, airy, large common rooms and magnificent outdoor rear space on the water's edge. Wonderful, thank you to the whole team for what you do!

Not a CHSL... But a real living environment! The staff is human, dedicated, competent, smiling and above all extremely kind all shifts included.nActivity, care, food, specialized service, location on the banks of the Saint-Laurent River... everything is Perfect!nI recommend it to anyone who wants their loved ones to be well cared for and safe.
