The 8 week mindful self-compassion course changed my life. After two years these teachings still enrich my relationships and inspire my practice as a Holistic Nutritionist and yoga instructor. The atmosphere that Victoria and Carolena create is warm, safe and supportive. This is for anyone that is ready to be gentler and kinder to themselves and those around them. I highly recommend!

I attended a Mindful Self Compassion for Health Professionals workshop with Victoria and Carolena in 2017. The workshop gave me skills to practice better self care which I still use to this day. I loved that the strategies they taught were simple and many can be used on the spot while working in a busy healthcare environment. Since taking the workshop I feel more resilient and therefore provide better care for my clients. Victoria and Carolina are professional and skilled facilitators who created a welcoming and safe environment for all who attended. As I health care professional, I also really enjoyed how they discussed the growing research about self compassion. I would recommend their courses to anyone considering attending.

The real deal. If your lucky enough to attend any of Victoria's courses or even better sit down with her for a one on one session you will be spending time with someone who is very special. If you felt like l did, body full of tension, anxiety, and grief she has the tools and know how to help. I hope you make the life changing decision to give this a try because it sure worked for me.

The self compassion workshop provided a safe and friendly forum that allowed me to learn techniques that addressed my personal challenges of self doubt and acceptance. The workshop teachings were well organized and presented in a professional and caring manner. My life has been enhanced and I have benefited from your teachings of self love and compassion. I took one of their Mindful Self-Compassion courses over this weekend. I'm so glad I did. It was WONDERFUL. Such a heart-opening workshop, and they know how to create a wonderful and inclusive atmosphere. I was so impressed, I'm taking one of their 8 week courses next year.
