I really didn't expect an inspection place to be so friendly and have such great service. They even took the initiative - without us even asking - to research some places close by to take our three year old while we waited. Super impressed.
Excellent service, very friendly and polite staff, the offer to everyone coffee, I brought one of my vehicle to do inspection out of province, the inspection was done in one hour and the vehicle was confirmed, nothing over charged its fixed amount for all clients, the inspection done on time, very professional. Highly recommended them.
Excellent Service! Very professional and polite staff. I went here for out of province mechanical inspection. I booked a time by phone, arrived there 10 minute earlier, delivered the key and registration documents. The inspection started exactly on-time and 45 minutes later all the inspection was done. I did not have to do any repair on my car and I was happy with the whole process. Since they only perform the inspection and don't have a repair shop, there is no incentive for them to over charge you and you only pay the inspection fee which is a fixed amount for every customer. Highly recommend them
The owner Steve is a honest guy. I really recommend them for any kinds of Mechanical repair or service.
Great experience, nice people. I read a lot of horror stories of other garages that do the SAAQ inspections, but I can say from experience this place is a good choice. I like that they only do inspections and therefore have no ulterior motives to try to get you to spend money on fixing your car.
I had positive and nice experience, employees were nice. I was little stressed, but then I knew my car was just fine and that I shouldnt have any isses with inspection. I didnt have to wait long and would recommend this place in the future.

I had out of province vehicle to pass safety inspection for a new registration in Quebec. Passed. No questions.
Horrible customer service. I booked appointment for safety inspection for my car. The representative sitting at the desk is so rude that he thinks he is some transport minister! It was kind of racist behaviour when he yelled at me when I asked him question related to the reinspection process second time, though I was asking politely. I was so annoyed by his rude behaviour that I felt terrible for hours after i left the place. He could have simply said what he want to say in a better way rather than yelling at me! After all you get paid for doing your job, people don’t ask you information for free. And if you hate people who couldn’t understand french then you should mention it, people can go to different place for getting the job done.
No frills inspection shop. In and out in under an hour. No upselling of any kind. Highly recommended!
