Horrendous customer service. All the agents give out different information regarding their policy every time I speak to them. They guarantee customer satisfaction, but no one seems to want to deal with the issues at hand. They are always ready to pass the buck to the next person.
Worst service ever, they make me come to receive this. The girl in the front desk screams like crazy.
Sad that this is the only Samsung service place in the greater Montreal region. Service level is good with knowledgeable people.
Awesome service centre. My phone froze and the caring team was able to save it
