Slow customer service, high prices, and online booking not user friendly. I called to ask if the store repaired my type of Android device. It went to voicemail and I left a message. I didn't get a call back so I went on their website & booked an appointment for the next day, in the afternoon. The online booking system had my brand of device but did not provide a drop-down for the model of the phone. I had to travel half an hour each way, and wait in line for a while once I arrived... to be told that they did not have what I needed in stock, and it would not be worth it as they would charge $499 plus tax. The worker also asked to peel off my protective film to have a closer look at the scratches. I said yes because it was before he told me about the price and lack of stock... And now I have a cracked screen with no protection on it. And no repair job booked any time soon. I also asked about a Samsung device and the quote I got for that was over TWO TIMES the cost I got from other repair stores in the city! Better to go to a small business with good reviews.
EDIT: The one star review is not undeserved. It would've been very easy to check if you had the parts before calling me to confirm my appointment, saving me the long trip. I maintain the very fair observation that this is unprofessional and the reply I have received does nothing to improve the situation. Original review: Had to make the trip all the way there to be told they don't have the required parts to conduct my repair. They wasted my time for nothing. They called me the same day while I was getting ready to be on my way to confirm my appointment but did not bother to check if the scheduled repair could be completed at all. Very unprofessional.
I was sent here for a warranty repair on a Google phone. Google had decided that it was a warranty issue. The employee at the store looked at my phone for 10 seconds and refused service saying it wasn't a warranty issue. Google had already decided and sent me there It was an uplesant experience on top of being with out a phone for an extra day as the helpful Google service people direct me to a more competent repair service
Got my laptop fixed here. Price was decent, and more importantly he fixed it right there on the spot in 10 minutes, which is almost unheard of with computer repair. Would recommend if you need a very fast repair.
I went to Apple they told me they couldn’t repair my device and that I have to buy a new one. Went to uBreakiFix the guy over there was really knowledgeable he explained me the issue and fixed my phone within the same day. Thanks a lot, I really needed my phone for work
Staff is the sweetest! My laptop which had been left in the rain for 20 minutes was fixed the same day for an amazing price. Will definitely come back here if I ever need anything fixed again.
WAY TOO EXPENSIVE I was charged $100 for changing my computer battery, when I brought them the battery. the battery was even cheaper, doesn't make sense
Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever gone through. They were unable unwilling? to fix my phone for 3 WEEKS, and failed to call me back to update me on multiple occasions, gaslighting me the whole time. I'm insulted by the way I was treated, and was left without my phone for 3 weeks when they boast of repairs inside of one week.
I was the very first customer this morning, I gave him my phone and he told me to be come back in about 20mins, I came back and they were not able to fix my phone fair, he gives me my phone and I ask also for the case back otter box , he tells me he gave me my case back already, I explain to him that I sat 10feet from the store for the last 20mins and never got my case back, the employee Sam probably fake name, gaslights me and lies to my face saying my case is my responsibility and that he knows he gave my case and that its my fault I don't have it, he starts getting verbally abusive threatening to call security if I don't leave, the manager comes out and calls the previous client and that client confirms that the cashier gave them my case in addition to their own. I asked the employee for their name so I can leave a google review for this abhorrent behavior towards me there is a sign that says please leave us a google review at the cash, they refused to give me a name, once there manager came back out they suddenly were able to tell me their name is Sam at no point did the employee or manager say they do not give out names Basically he accidently gave my phone case to another client and instead of apologizing or simply calling the client to confirm he spent 5-10mins verbally abusing me, telling me he gave my case to me already and threatening to call security on me. After the fact I asked for an apology and he refused. He said I could return in an hour to retrieve my case, at this point I have work and can't waste the time and do not feel comfortable in the presence of this employee that was hostile to me. Customer service level 0
They changed my Pixel 3 battery and one week later, my phone won't open anymore. It was stuck on Fastboot mode. They said they couldn't fix it and that I'd have to send it back to Pixel. My phone was working fine before, pretty sure they broke something in the hardware when changing the battery. Had to buy a new phone.
