Centre Céramique 440

Bought tile there a few times for my clients. It's a shame that the only time I needed to return unopened boxes they would not help. It doesn't matter what is written on a piece of paper, if you want to help your client out, you can use your judgment instead of hiding behind some sort of bureaucracy. Good thing there are plenty of other stores not too far from there.

The receptionist was very polite and willing to help.

They have a lot of really nice stuff. I went to find a backsplash and tiles for my kitchen and the people were so kind. They helped me find exactly what I wanted. I love my kitchen so much, I get so many complements. Thank you for all your help, would 100% refer them to all my friends and family!

Excellent customer service and very friendly. The ceramic is durable and amazing quality. Warehouse service is also very professional and helpful. They care about their clients and I highly recommend this place.

All i have to say that the choice and quality of the tile is 100% and the customer service is amazing. Compared to other tile places this is in one of my top 3 to go to for tile and material.

Bad customer service. I called during the day to ask if it’s possible to come pick up my order after 5pm, the guy who answered the phone said its fine. I arrived around 6pm and the guy at the front desk informed me that the warehouse is closed. I told him that I have the contractor coming the next day at 8 am to start the job and I don’t have the tiles. During our conversation, i mentioned that I have a big job and I need to finish it tomorrow. He answered me in a sarcastic way, it’s only 2 boxes… I obviously didn’t buy all my tiles from Ceramique 440 and I don’t feel like I need to justify the work being done at my home. The next day I went to pick up the tiles and when I got my invoice from the guy sitting at the front desk, 2 guys look like they are related, I thanked him but he didn’t reply. Fine, I told myself maybe he didn’t hear me. I went back again the next day to be pick up an extra box of tiles and grout, and again I thanked the guy and he didn’t respond. He kept looking at his screen. I THANKED him again and he didn’t even look at me. I just walked away and I knew at the moment that they are arrogant and I am left to feel not valued as a customer. They don’t smile or show any interest in talking to their customers. I feel bad for the people working for them. I strongly believe that they should take some courses in customer communication skills. How do you sustain a business with such an attitude and how many customers can you afford to lose?

Excellent customer service. you will be treated like a real customer, not like the store on the other side of the 440. i highly recommand if you are looking for good service, price and quality.

Great prices and I enjoy the variety of choices of ceramic tiles they have. The showrooms make shopping a whole lot easier especially when you trying to figure what size of tiles will work for a certain space.
