My first time coming here today. I live in Brampton but I would say Mississauga libraries are so much more amazing. And this one specially, wow!nBeautiful place, awesome collection. I loved their Christianity book section.nAnd the best thing ever is: Sky reading lounge. I would come again on a nice sunny day... Just so calm, beautiful and mind-blowing. Thank you team.
Hazel McCallion Central Library in Mississauga is a modern and spacious hub for learning and community engagement. Offering a wide range of books, resources, and digital services, it’s an excellent spot for both quiet study and group activities. The library's design is welcoming, with ample seating and natural light, making it a great place to relax or work. With various programs for all ages and very helpful and supportive staff, it’s a valuable resource for the community.
Itis a good big Public Library in Mississauga which I can study alone quietly with!!! It has a wide spot, a nice books to read, and it is a 5 story tall building including a basement… It has a nice books for me to read on and it is also good for studying with laptops or any electrical devices, because it has a wide desk with codes to connect my laptop and any of my electrical devices with it!!! I recommend here for people’s personal or group studying!nP.s. : It is also providing a room for group studies like college group meetings too!!
Ever since it got its new renovation, I've been loving the new technology in the library! To the amazing new Gaming room, To conference rooms, Teaching Kitchen and 3D printers. What an amazing library to include even a Sound & Photo/Video Studio with everything you need. Although I do miss the older vibe of the library, this brings many new features to an already good library.
The programs and events are always great. It’s another thing that the seats are limited and you may not get to attend the program or workshop.nThe collection of books and other resources is good but need to adapt the global holistic approach for the same.nResources like board games can be issued like books for people who cannot afford to attend the family boardgame program
