My visit yesterday went very well. Neena was knowledgeable, careful and nice. So was Dr Sasan who came for check up after the cleaning. Excellent experience. Would recommend.
I spent 33 years as a patient. I cant express how sad it was that I had to find a new dentist. Dr. Steve and Mary Beth built somthing special. Were so kind and great with our family. Sad to see a good thing go down hill so badly.
Today I had a broken molar repaired by Dr. Charu Sharma. It was a pain-free, relaxing procedure. Dr. Sharma took her time to ensure this extremely nervous patient was completely comfortable. The results were perfect. Highly recommend the team at Central Guelph Dentistry.
Went in for a long overdue cleaning, the hygienist was thorough and gentle. Noticed I had a bad filling, and the dentist looked at it, said she could fix it if I had time to wait, which I did. It was no more than 5 minutes and I was sitting in the chair, 15 minutes it was all fixed looking brand new.
Dr. Paul takes the time to explain then provide alternative treatment options in layman’s terms that also include treatment patient implications as well as time and costs
First time coming back after 2 years due to the pandemic. Dr. Sasan was amazing during my cavity filling today, very friendly and conversational, which made the whole procedure go quickly and helped me feel at ease. My hygenist was great as well! They really know how to welcome patients and treat them with quality care. Be back in 6 months!
Dr. Sasan is the BEST dentist I have ever been to. She is very through, gentle and calm. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent dentist in Guelph.
Always a great experience. Mary Beth has been at the front desk for years and always has a smile for everyone. The hygienists are efficient and friendly at the same time. The dentists will happily explain what you need to know and answer questions. I have been going here for 7 or 8 years and I see no reason at all to switch!
I’ve been going to this location for dentistry for 40 years. My last experience was the absolute worst. With Dr Cremasco gone, my favourite hygienist Katherine gone, and now Mary Beth gone it seems to have gone downhill. The new hygienist I had was not very personable and was very rough. I could feel the blood dripping from my gums onto my tongue. After the appointment I told the new receptionist I was not making another appointment because it was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. The text message after the appointment asked if I left with a smile to which I replied no. The follow up message was that someone would reach out to me. No one has. I don’t know who to contact anymore and if it would even make a difference. Very disappointed the way this has gone and now I will have to find another dentist.
