Dawson Dental Centre

As always, Going to Dawson Dental on Dawson Road, Guelph is a pleasurable experience. My hygienist Sarah, who has been cleaning my teeth more than two years now, is always upbeat , smiling (even under her mask you can tell), and genuinely interested in my well being and personal life. The staff at the front desk are fantastic! From greeting me hello to paperwork and saying good-bye, always with a smile and not a fake one but a genuine smile! I always speak highly of Dawson Dental and recommend anyone I talk to to go there for dental check ups, cleaning or work.

Extremely impressed with Dawson Dental Guelph on Dawson Road. I have always been uncomfortable going to the dentist, to the point where I lose sleep over it the night before going in. Today I had 3 fillings done by Dr. Michael Nessim & Ruth , they made it an awesome stress free experience for me. I will recommend Dawson Dental to every friend and family member. Also, I will definitely not lose any sleep before my next appointment. Best dental experience yet. We all know that no likes to work on a saturday, but I was greeted with smiles by all staff member's that were working. Great job guys!

Thank you to the staff. Heather..who took our call and did not turn us away when it was 10 minutes to close. Also Rudy for saving my daughter from 48 hours of pain. You are very appreciated, you have gone above and beyond. Thanks Again Shannon and Lilly ❤

I will never return here again. The dental assistant was rude and had a terrible attitude towards me. I don't know what her problem was but in a way I'm glad she was rude to me because if not I would have probably gotten a root canal that I didn't need. I was told I needed one but because of the rude assistant I decided to go somewhere else and this other place told me I didn't need one, I would just need a filling. Now my teeth look good and I didn't have to deal with rude unprofessional people and have an unnecessary root canal.

I was on hold for 15 minutes. Then finally someone talked to me and put me on hold again. After 10 minutes I got a voicemail and got disconnected. I don't think will be returning here again.
