Central DuPage Hospital: Naperville Convenient Care Center

Been going here my whole life when I get sick. The nurses and doctors are friendly and caring. It can get crowded quickly at peak hours and I've had some long wait times but anything is better than going to Edwards Hospital.

Superb resource. Friendly, efficient, thorough, fast. You can even get your prescription from a RX dispenser in the lobby.

The service here was excellent. The receptionist, Nurse and Doctor were all very pleasant and easy to talk to about my problems/concerns.

I was seriously disappointed by this urgent care location. After receiving what I can only classify as mediocre care at the facility (long waits, bored PAs), I got the bill. Over 500$ billed to my insurance for blood work for what turned out to be just some stomach pain doesn't exactly fall into my understanding of competitive pricing (among other charges of course). If you do end up attending this facility, I would definitely push for some transparency regarding their pricing for tests BEFORE they are performed. It might be hard to do when your in pain but if you don't, it becomes your problem.
