Centered Within Yoga is a small, non-commercialized school which values community, compassion, and support. We offer a variety of yoga programs suited to meet the needs of any students, regardless of their yoga experience, physical abilities, or injuries. Through the correct principles of alignment, breath control, asana (postures), and relaxation techniques, we endeavour to help our students achieve a state of complete balance and union of mind, body and spirit.

Every once in a long while you tap into a community or culture that can uplift you in a meaningful way. Erin, Jim and all of their stellar staff have done this for me and many others. Zero pretense. Maximum genuine thirst for knowledge and respect for yoga and the opportunity to connect with our bodies and each other. "Saying you're not flexible enough for yoga is like saying your too dirty to take a bath"

At the heart of "Centered Within Yoga" are Erin and Rachel.  They love what they do and it shows.  Both are uniquely talented and knowedgeable instructors who take a genuine interest in each and every student.  As a result, the studio is a place of warmth, caring and healing.

During the four years that I have been a student with Erin and Rachel my health has improved tremendously.  I have increased flexibility, strength and endurance.  My posture is now one of proper alignment.  By applying the different yoga breathing techniques that have been taught, I am able to help speed the healing of any injuries (not from yoga!!!) and to sleep better.

Yoga with Erin and Rachel has become an integral part of my life.  Daily yoga at home is a regular routine and I cannot imagine a day without it.  The benefits are boundless!  The journey is amazing!

Centered Within Yoga has helped me reclaim my health and strengthen my core so I can get back to what I love. The staff is very friendly, supportive and motivated to get you back to feeling good. The facility offers a comfortable atmosphere that anyone can enjoy. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to learn more about yoga and it's health benefits.

A welcoming atmosphere and yoga with a spiritual touch.   I've been coming to Centered Within Yoga for nearly two years and have never been to a class I didn't enjoy and leave from feeling better than when I went in.   This goes beyond just the experience of the yoga classes (and a few specialty classes) themselves, but also to the warmth and personality of those that work there and the genuine sincerity I feel refreshed by every time I'm in Erin's (the owner's) company.

Great yoga studio and Karate Dojo. Lovely staff, and two locations. Superb place to find your alignment.
