Brady Davies is a celebrated 5-Diamond Chef de Cuisine who, after mastering his trade in such places as Muskoka and Banff, decided to return to his hometown of Georgetown, Ontario to carry on a great tradition at the Cellar, and leave his own incredible mark in the community.
The Cellar's comfortable fine dining room can accommodate 50 guests with a cozy fireplace to warm you, along with a glass of wine, scotch or favourite liqueur.

Concerned about allergies or dietary restrictions? Don't worry! At the Cellar, we are pleased to accommodate any food allergies including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, garlic, even seafood! Vegetarian or vegan? No problem! When booking your reservation simply let us know about any adjustments you may need for your meal, and we'll make sure it's looked after!
Dining hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 pm.
Reservations are recommended and preferred, and may be made either by phone or in person at the restaurant.
