Cedar Run Inn

My husband and I go once a year and always look forward to going back! Beautiful setting overlooking the river with great hiking trails and fishing. The Inn is beautiful with very reasonable prices that include a magnificent dinner and breakfast! The owners are very personal yet professional. Always look forward to going back!!

The location is idyllic and beautiful, nestled at the southern tip of the Pennsylvania Grand canyon. The service is great and the proprietors know when to show up and when to start out of your way. The meals were excellent and the drinks tasty. There was wide variety in rooms because the building is so historic and depending on what you want you could get a huge room or a smaller, cozier one. The inn is right across the street from the ice cream shop so it's a perfect location.

Don't miss going when the restaurant is open--excellently prepared gourmet meals with a surprisingly impressive variety for such an out of the way little (charming) Inn. The general store across the road has the best ice cream--watch the store hours they close at 5pm but they will make a lunch for you for the next day and you can pick it up before they officially open at 11a.m.
