One of the best Rueben sandwiches I’ve ever had, ever! Not much else to say but that…jk I guess I’ll mention that the price is mid range not to high or low. Worth it because the sandwich and fries were on point even though my sandwich was a little soggy. It’s also dope that you can purchase meats at the deli, beyond also having a bakery and all in one place!

3rd time here...always yummy! Had the matzo ball soup and potato knishes. I highly recommend their pastrami or corned beef Sammies too. Great Jewish deli and bakery on site. Must park on the road only drawback when super busy.

Good food - had a Turkey BLT which was delicious but muuuch smaller than I had expected. The store is really clean and has the widest variety of mustards I have ever seen. They have a whole restaurant in the back as well. Friendly staff! Will be back!

Cecil’s is a one of kind gem in St. Paul to grab lunch. All the Rueben Sandwiches are great, but he Russian Rueben is my favorite. When you are done eating make sure to pick up some Deli Meat and order a large container of Matzo Ball Soup to go to eat at home the next few days.

Wonderful restaurant with an extensive menu with hot and cold sandwiches, soups and tons more! The 'Sasha' hot sandwich was amazing! There's something for everyone there! Plus everything's made fresh right there, including the bread. Delicious! They also have Bridgeman's ice cream and a full market!

Love this place! I ordered a turkey breast boxed lunch online and the sandwich came with chips, potato salad, a pickle, a brownie, AND a mint! Highly recommend :

When you walk in, you are transported back in time. Great people that make you feel welcome. Very personable service. I love the Rueben. I think it is the best in the cities. The slaw is great, and so are the fries. Also...don't forget to get dessert. You will not be disappointed.

Could be the best Reuben in the Twin Cities. So many variations to try. I'll be back to try the spicy one next... And I was back and it's good too. Spicy means an extra punch of horseradish in the mustard. I couldn't really feel any heat from the pepper jack. The lord of the spicy one in the future because I love horseradish.

Cecil's is the BEST place in the Twin Cities to get a true Reuben sandwich. The sandwich was great and the coleslaw is truly the BEST I've ever had anywhere! The restaurant is comfortable tucked in the back of the deli and the employees were very friendly and efficient.
