I really enjoyed my experience here. I was very nervous I was stuck with the injury I sustained for a very long time and my physiotherapists where very reassuring I wasn't and very kind in the process too. Thank you so much Talia and Jenna for melting my stress away and getting me better I really appreciate your hard work and kind nature. All the admin staff where absolutely incredible too and awesome to deal with. Thanks again ladies and happy holidays!!!

What a wonderful, welcoming and great place to be treated! The staff at this clinic are simply amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. Maggie, Ryan and Vanessa were especially amazing at going out of their way to help me. The mental health group that they developed helped me get though an extremely tough time in my life and thanks to them, Í was able to return to work. Í am forever grateful for this place, the staff and all the things they helped me accomplish. This clinic is highly recommended— they are amazing!!!!

Reception was very polite and helpful. CBI works hand in hand with WCB. My physical assessment was a joke. I was in a lot of pain and was having trouble doing the exercises. The next day i was in even worse shape. The man doing the assessment reported to WCB that i was more then able to do any of the excesses just chose not to and didn't give it a good effort. How the hell could he know how much pain i was in or was not in and what i was capable of. Just a cash grab and a bunch of doctors lining there pockets with money rather then helping people.

CBI Central holds a special place in my heart. Every one of the staff members is like family to me - they all remember me when I walk through the door, and are so accommodating and kind. I have nothing but the highest of things to say about Sean Clarke. But the front end staff - Eliza and Anna and Karen and Anne-Marie and Stephanie - always make sure to go above and beyond for me in all that I need. The therapists are amazing - Terri has helped me recover and heal from several injuries. Ryan is a fabulous manager - one of the best the clinic has seen in years. You’ll be lucky to have clinicians such as Vanessa and Maggie and Wally on your rehabilitation team. If I could give them higher than a five star rating, I would. Even though this CBI location isn’t the closest for me, I always choose and recommend the Central location for their supreme care and kindness in treating and dealing with their clients. Thank you for all you guys have ever done for me, and everything you continue to do for me and my family ❤️ You guys have a special place in my heart.
