The most useful thing this office did for me was refer me to different doctors. I was a patient here for over a year and in that time, i had to beg them to run tests and try new treatments. Sometimes it was months before they even looked at the results. After a year of barely treating me for debilitating pain, Dr. King pawned me off on another hospital saying I needed brain surgery. This was apparently a gross misdiagnosis that could have had catastrophic results if my new doctors were half as inept as the ones here. If you can, seek treatment elsewhere. If you can't, hound them like your life depends on it - because it very well might.

As a retired Doctor and now a patient I have so much respect and admiration for what Dr. James Gaffney brings to his practice of medicine. He’s thoughtful patient and reflective. He makes decisions confidently and does it with great communication skills. He presents options well and makes you a partner. His demeanor is pleasant and layer back. I think you’ll like him.

BEWARE**** This facility does not abide by NYS COVID PROTOCOLS. SOCIAL DISTANCING IS NOT ENFORCED!!! If you raise the issue they will ignore you and allow other dementia patients to infect YOU OR YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONES. UNDERSTANDING MOST are mentally ill. I STILL can’t afford to have them infect my 76 year old mother. I will be traveling to Guthrie in Sayre PA where COVID POLICIES ARE ADHERE TO. THIS IS A HONEST POST FROM A PERSON WHO RESPECTS DR KING GREATLY. BUT CAN NOT RISK THE WAITING ROOM EXPERIENCE!!!

Well I had a appointment with them. Scheduled for 2 months away mid March time. Made the appointment in january.. Waited a month then they called to reschedule my appointment for the middle of March another month away from the original date. Thank you, i like being in pain and waiting as long as possible before i can see someoneinsert sarcasm They don't care about their customers needs and or the pain they are in.

Dr. Gaffney has treated me well. I recommend this practice.
