Came in with a bleeding hand requiring stitches, have been waiting in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. The waiting room hasn’t even been busy. Increadibly slow service for an “urgent” health care service provider. Should be renamed “Maybe we’ll help you before it heals naturally” Care instead of anything relating to the word urgent.

My go to doctor. No matter what is wrong, they have always been able to figure it out. If you go at the right time you won't have to worry about a long wait.

ROTTEN SERVICE no personable people. Had a chat and referred us to regular physhian with no tests or phyical. truly waste of time. Should have gone to cmh

It's the worst service. We sat in the waiting room for over an hour while people that came in after us was put into a room first.

3 and a 1/2 wait and no doctor available. Every single time I go even with early check in on line the wait ranges from 2-5 hours. Most of staff including providers are just sitting behind a desk.
