Renaissance OB/GYN of Cortland, PLLC

Wonderful OBGYN. Heather is very friendly and a helpful doctor. Nurses are always nice. Waiting to be seen is quick. You can't say that about other doctor offices. Highly recommend this place.

The doctors and medical staff may be competent but the office itself is dysfunctional. My wife's very first appointment was cancelled after she already took the afternoon off from work and we were at Renaissance. "Oh, well, we called and left a message on your phone". Waiting in the lobby I've heard countless other "reschedulings", usually a rapid-fire blurb with the phone being slammed down. And try getting in contact with anybody at Renaissance...it's impossible because all you ever get is voicemail which nobody ever answers! We received a voicemail asking us to call Renaissance to get the results of a test my wife had taken and we're still waiting to get the results because nobody answers their damn phones there! If we had it to do over again we would have gone to a much smaller office and not this chaotic place.

Caring, dedicated, and engaged staff. Wonderful experience from initial phone call to resolution of issues. Pleasant annual visits. They take your care as serious as you do. Highly recommended, in fact I've done so three times already.

Thank you times a million. This office is truly the most relaxing and friendly OBGYN I have ever been to. I could go on and on, so I will just say that I am incredibly thankful for all of you and everything you do.

My doctor at Renaissance OB/GYN of Cortland has been an absolute blessing. She encouraged me about a problem I have been having for the past 4 years and knew what to do for treatment that no one else has been able to do anything about. I am blessed to have found her and have her as my doctor, and as a part of this practice.
