Cathedral of Saint Catherine of Alexandria

The mother church of St. Catharines. A former local parish, it is has been the cathedral since 1958. It is a small cathedral but warm and welcoming with lovely old architecture and a fantastic organ.

I have gone there to access the St. Vincent de Paul food voucher program and it is terribly run they are only open on Tuesdays from 9-11 am but they only take 20 people you have to be there by at least 7:30 am to wait outside in the elements to get in the process is extremely aggravating to go through I would only go if you are really needy

Very unwelcoming church, and the priest didn't want to hear my confession. I shall not be returning. As our Lord said, "And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words: going forth out of that house or city shake off the dust from your feet."
