My go-to sheesha spot whenever I’m in Montreal. The place is nice and clean and definitely has a nice vibe. The food was very tasty and they also had some unique drinks as well. The customer service was also on point when I went in and treated our group very nicely. The sheesha was also very good compared to the other sheesha spots in the city although they ran out of most flavours, so if you’re looking for a particular flavour maybe call in advance to see if they have it. Will definitely be coming back here.
The ceasar salad was a travesty to human kind. One random caper found in it. Whole salad was made up of salad ENDS; the white parts that no one likes. The nuts were so disappointing, on the top, there were 4 krikri and a couple corns which we love and in the rest of the bowl we couldn’t find anymore of them! The hummus was delicious ! Fries were insane with the spice they put on top. Fried meat and cheese type of bread was 10/10. Shisha was well done. Service was great. Overall some things were amazing and some things sucked. I’d still go again
It’s been over 3 years that I go here, and my experience is always A1. The service is always top notch, the food is very good, and the staff is very friendly. It’s a great place to come with friends to talk, to laugh… I recommend this place to everyone!
Everything is good, service and food but the sound of music is too loud. Several people are complaining about the sound. After all we go to chat there and have a nice meal with a shisha. I heard the same comment from more than 20 persons.. Even when there is a mma match, same thing, sound is too loud.Other than that everything is A1.
We arrived as a group of 4 people, the server refused to serve us because only one of us wanted to order Chicha, the rest of us wanted something to drink. Basically he said we must order 2 Chichas minimum!!! Shame on you for forcing your clients to consume Chicha!!!Food: 1/5

They acted like we weren't there for 45 minutes then the other waiter asked us if we were leaving when we got up. Lack common sense and overpriced for mediocore at best food. I could've gotten 4 shisha's anywhere else by then
I went in just to hang out this time but I believe the time I did go the food was A1 .great place to chill and eat . The vibes are always lit . Thanks a lot Castello for existing !!
What a great find ! The place was very nice and clean toilets too. The staff was friendly and professional. I got the filet steak poutine and the castello shisha, it was A1. I will definitely come back.
The wait time was reasonable. The shisha was good. The drinks were great. But had a table next to the door, and every time someone comes in it's a cold breeze. Until I felt I was....... let's just say it wasn't convenient. But the negative part is the prices. It's way overpriced for a place like this. Give it a try but make sure you have enough money on you....
