Hi, Laurence gave us an excellent service. Very understanding and nice. That's why I give 3 stars. As for the restaurant, amazing ambiance but we arrived at 8:30 and we received our food at 10:45 You guys should know what is quality vs quantity. And also it's important to know how to keep long term relationship with customers. Today it may shine, but tomorrow rain. Gotta be careful. I chose to write about it since it happened second time .if you can't handle the amount of customers, don't take them. I will come back a 3th time hoping to see changes.

This restaurant would thrive in any major city, New York, Miami, Hollywood you name it. Great drinks, great food and the service was literally 2 notches above anything I've ever experienced. The staff is trained with army like precision and cater to your every needs. And don't even get me started on how easy on the eyes the staff was. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Absolute worst customer service to life! I ordered food from their website. Food that is absolutely not cheap. But I ordered from the Rosemere location in the past so I knew the food should be good. Nowhere on the website or confirmation email does it say when to expect the food or when to come pick it up. The restaurant was closed for another hour and no one answered the phone. So I waited for some sort of confirmation that my food was ready for pickup before driving there. At 5h15, someone finally answers the phone, letting me know my pizza has been sitting on their counter for over 1h. I let them know how displeased I was that no one let me know the food was ready, or that the website didn't give any time estimate or update. The guy literally hung up on me.
Pizza: 3.5/5 Fresh and delicious, a 'tad' too thin... Appetizers: 2/5 tasty however very small portions for price Pasta: 3.5/5 fair enough, borderline sufficient size, tasty, slightly overcooked Service: 4/5 Not bad, very active, slight communication challenges with servers whom you wish to speak English with...not most, a few. 1/5 Bit of a 'scam' regarding water. They oblige you to purchase bottled water...no tap/filtered like many eateries do. Price for value. 3/5 I understand this is the situation now in the restaurant world however when patrons spend their hard earned overtaxed cash earnings, feed them enough for crying out loud! Parking is a joke. They actually suggest you park illegally in the commercial centre across the street.
Delicious food, great ambiance & aesthetic, service was good! Our busboy service was on point, the young man we had was very attentive. I have to admit he was better than our waitress - he was polite and he was in a great mood!
The meal was delicious from start to finish! The service was great! The restaurant is beautiful inside and out! The decor is done with utmost taste! Everything looks so good in that restaurant! I loved it and recommend 100% for people who love Italian cuisine!!
First time I went I saw the manager or boss drinking with the staff opening up bottles of wine and the employees were clearly drunk. Second time I went, the staff was rude, the owner/manager still drinking and the female staff were so drunk especially one of them I couldn’t understand what she was saying she was slurring her speech and couldn’t keep her eyes open. So unprofessional. I felt like I was at some trashy club instead of a respectable establishment. The cook smashed into me and didn’t apologize and the girls that were finished their shift were demanding drinks drunkingly, rudely and loudly from the bartenders. I was grossed out. Definitely not a place if you want to go out for a respectable and classy dining experience. You would have a better experience at hooters, at least the staff isn’t drunk off their faces there and can walk a straight line.
Got refused while having a reservation weeks ago. Never pick up the phone so we could modify our party, very loud, parking very far. Rudest manager. I can go on. NEVER had this experience, its sad because ive worked in restaurants & we were all looking forward to having a great time. We’re 9 customers who will never step a foot in there ever again.
