I used to love this place, i would order at least 1-2 times a week. I started noticing a decline in their quality of the food. I decided to order online instead of my regular phone order, just to try out their online system, What a big mistake!!!!!!! I order a grilled chicken Cesar wrap at 18:05 i received a confirmation number advising me the order was processed. At 19:00 i decided to call and make sure that my order was well received and on its way. The owner who's always the one answering the phone, advises me are having problems with the online service and that he declined my order in the system in order to reboot his system. He even told me what i ordered, my name and adresse but never thought of sending through the order or even calling me back to explain the problem. At this point i ask him how long for my order to arrive? he advises me 30-45 minutes. At this point I'm starving and say ok. Once my order arrived the bag felt very light, i open up the container to realize there's no french fries at all, only a wrap, at this point it's 19:55. For me that was the cherry on the Sunday and i was really irritated. I call back and speak with the owner who offered to send me the fries, but it would have taken 45 minutes again. I ask for another solutions, trying to hint that i wanted a free wrap next time given the 2 mistakes. He offers me 20%, i worked in the restaurant business for over 10 years and told the owner that if this happened to me i would offer a free wrap in order to keep the customer, considering it was a 15$ order. He didn't seem to care at all. I was so irritated that i told him to forget about the 20% rebate that amounts to 3$ on a 15$ order and will never order from that place again.

First time here. Place opened up not long ago so wanted to try it. Portions where huge and food great. Prices are very reasonable considering the portion size. Nachos in my picture where 10$ and plate was about 1 foot wide. New building so everything looks nice and new. They also have a take out counter. Highly recommend it

The food has really big portions for the price, the service was very wonderful, the waiter was friendly, polite and asked out feedbacks on the meal. It took a bit lo h 5o come out but the food made up for it. I would recommend them to anyone

Portions are “huge” and everything is super tasty! Don’t order larger size, the regular is more than enough. Love the pizza too, awesome chicken is a given.

Good food quality and big portions for the price!!! Even if they changed the cheese on the poutine and it’s not as good as before but still deserves a 5 stars

First time at this restaurant. We picked up to go since only take out is available. We ordered all dressed pizza, well done with thin dough. It was cooked to perfection. We also got a small regular poutine which was excellent. I have to say the prices for the quality and portion is perfect. Will definitely go back!

Best deal on chicken in mtl. Chefs special or ask for a tandem. Chefs choice quarter chicken and a small all dressed pizza 23$ taxes in . Laval location is fast clean and courteous
