Beware of fraudulent charges by this company even after you have cancelled your services!

Yak is getting long distance charges applied to my Bell landline bill for local calls. Crazy!!! Just tried calling YAK and after a long hold I was answered by a rep that would not let me explain and when asked if he could just listen for a moment hung up. Worst customer service ever!

By far the worst internet we’ve had. The service is very intermittent making it difficult to stream, work or game effectively. Customer service is a joke. Very long hold lines just for them to be unhelpful and deter the problem. Save yourself the headache and pass.

I was with these people for many years and then one day I get a bill and find out that they had raised my rate without even notifying me. NOT IMPRESSED STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!

Doesn’t work, tech support eventually just proposed to buy a new box... asked us to prove it doesn’t work when challenging the bill for no service that works!!!

I keep getting charged even after my service was cancelled a few months ago and there's no way to stop it, I guess I'm going to have to change my number lol...

Switch from Rogers to yak.. Rogers is far better than them.the Internet and phone never work. I spend more time talking to their technical support more than I have use the phone for my personal use. The few bucks I tried to save those not worth the stress.
