First , I am returning to Pilgrim after ALL prior great experience in 3 states and This 'minnesota nice' state happens to be THE absolute worst and AFTER 8 years of not going to any pilgrim. So forgot most of your 'terminology' 
#1 - does not matter how many years you worked in this industry - customer comes first, assumptions second. 
#2. The manager went from being asked , is it possible I had left more clothes to becoming immediately defensive and 'educating' me rudely on 'Quick' way of handing clothes over.
#3 never recommending this to anyone and yes This one did lose revenue due to pure irritation at 9AM??

I will be choosing other pilgrim cleaners. 
Granted I missed the receipt - probably the right count
