He listened to our concerns when choosing our carpets cost, durability, appearance and was happy to walk us through tons of options based on this criteria. Scheduling our carpet installation with him was a breeze. When the manufacturer sent carpet with a defect to Carpet One, they caught it immediately and rush ordered new carpet. We felt very cared for working with Cody and would absolutely recommend to friends and family! We will use them again if we have need!

Carpet One was great to work with! Paul’s in-depth knowledge was very helpful when trying to figure out exactly what type of flooring would be best for us. We had the entire first floor carpeted along with removing and disposing the old carpet, installing new carpet. They moved the large furniture as they went from one room to another. The three gentlemen were very courteous and informative. All the furniture was put back the way they found it. They cleaned the room of all small carpet fibers as well. This is the third time we have used Carpet Country/Carpet One Floor and Home and have been very satisfied each time. Cody was most helpful in the selection of the carpet and thorough in measuring each area.

He was able to answer our questions regarding a flooring product we had not experienced prior. He put extra work in to match our existing trim and work with us to get just the right color.
