Carpet Cleaning Excellence

After a few cleanings from some of the bigger, corporate outfits since getting our carpet installed a few years ago, this year I decided to seek out a more personalized service experience. I called around feeling out some of the local independent carpet cleaners on Google and in my neighborhood monthly advertising mailer. Enter Carpet Cleaning Excellence - they actually called me back and had a perfect spot on their schedule for me. I was up against family rescheduling & arriving sooner than anticipated. I was secure enough with CCE's reviews and service guarantee to just go ahead and book the cleaning. They do offer the option of coming out to you for a 20 minute estimate/measure visit to meet with the cleaner, discuss your overall needs, and give you upfront pricing based on their available packages. They do not price by the room or whole house, but measure the cleanable spaces and will move furniture that can be capably done by one person (Susan, the cleaner, brought furniture sliders and propped some of my other pieces on foam blocks). In the end, I was pleased with my experience and the cleaning results. Wife was happy as well. I paid a little more than I usually did in the past, but comparatively, I got more, too. There are hoses involved in the process, so you would do well to prepare and move cars, etc. out of the driveway to give access to the carpet cleaning van ahead of time. We had our boat and car parked out in the driveway and had to do the valet thing stat.

We have had many carpet cleaning services in the past, but none can compare to the personal service and quality cleaning that we get from Susan and Carpet Cleaning Excellence. We have pets and high traffic areas - all carpets look like new when Susan is finished with the job. She truly cares and strives to meet the needs of her clients. We highly recommend Carpet Cleaning Excellence!

Carpet Cleaning Excellence is all about being EXCELLENT!!! This company truly is! Our office carpets had been neglected for a year, what a big job they had ahead of them. When I returned to the office the following Monday, I was amazed that all the stains were GONE!! Thank you for a job well done. NTVB Media is now on a quarterly maintenance for our carpet needs. I have been using Carpet Cleaning Excellence every 3 months for 2 years for our primary home. We have 2 dogs, we constantly entertain, and we have white carpets. Carpet Cleaning Excellence keeps my white carpet looking new every single time, and they have even come out on emergencies when there were those unforeseen spills.

Best carpet cleaning we've had to date (service done 2/12/2014). Our light-colored carpet has been a wreck due to this long winter. We wanted to wait till spring hit to schedule a cleaning, but have a 'muy importante' dinner party coming up next week for some fish networking (I raise tropical / African cichlids). Got the free estimate and trusted to let Susan come in while we were at work to clean the carpet. The significant other in particular was very happy with the results when she got home (so all is right with the world, sun, moon, and stars again...hallelujah). I liked that Carpet Cleaning Excellence included carpet protection application in all of their all-inclusive packages--the pricing was reasonable for the Allergy package based on what I've paid in the past for carpet cleaning for another home. Susan educated us on what we need to do to maintain our 5 year old 'new-ish' carpet once it got cleaned (immediate attention with their spotter bottle once spill mishaps occur, rugs/mats at every point of entry inside and out, more vacuuming than what we were doing for the amount of people/animals in the home, & more frequent deep cleans...alright, we won't wait 3+ years again). We're looking to get our sectional and mattresses cleaned next. Overall the company was easy to deal with from appointment set up to payment (took our credit card over the phone).
