Carlton Cards

Loved the layout and lots of selection. Staff very happy to help me with the Jim Shore items in the locked cabinets. Got some great christmas gifts today!

I use a wheelchair and this store has a long way to go in being wheelchair accessible. Thankfully my husband was with me. There are several problems: first the doorstep of the outside door needs to be made so a wheelchair can easily roll over it; second the store is over stocked. I felt like a bull in a China shop in there. I felt people with disabilities are not welcome here; third the checkout counter does not accommodate people in a wheelchair. I found what I was looking for and I found the staff friendly and helpful. I look forward to seeing improvements in making you store more 'user friendly' for all people with disabilities. Thank you.

What a place to shop for Christmas!! Lots of gift ideas and a wonderful, friendly staff to help you. I shop there all the time and am never disappointed.
