This particular Caribou used to have great service.  Not sure what happened but they keep messing up orders and won't even apologize or fix it if you tell them.  I've heard about this from a few people but ignored them because I've been going here for a while when I can't get to local coffee shops (I live out of town and can't drive so wherever my friends/family want to go is where I have to go).  After I actually saw this happen to somebody I decided I'm not ordering here anymore.

I only go to Caribou now if a friend wants to go there or have a perk to use. Their lack of menu options compared to Starbucks is obvious (they don't even know what a Ristretto shot is) and their customer service is always disappointing. They have so much potential but don't seem interested in truly competing with Starbucks or other quality coffee shops. My true rating would be 2 1/2 stars.

A great place for college studenta to study! I love the daily trivia questions that give customers discounts. Workers are friendly and have a positive attitude.
