The owner, Paul, is absolutely wonderful. He's such a joy to be around and is very easy to chat with. The coffee is wonderful and he's clearly an expert on the subject. There's live music on occasion. I recommend everyone I know to check it out at least once. This has replaced Acoustic Cafe as my favorite coffee shop.

This is a hidden gem of Eau Claire, nestled between the livery and cost cutters in the transforming Phoenix Park! Awesome staff that is super friendly, and they are doing a great job bringing in local music in the dead of winter. Coffee is by far the best in the city

Ok, love the decor, quiet place to work as there has never been much foot traffic whenever I’m there. However, the attendant at the counter didn’t know brand of coffee and, when asked if the did pour over, she asked if it was like a French Press....

Stopped here for the first time this afternoon for a long midterm studying session and loved it! I could see this becoming my new favorite homework spot. The playlist was perfect, it wasn't too loud and I could focus well. One thing I would LOVE to see added is a larger selection on tea. I don't drink coffee so tea is my go-to; I'd love to see some loose-leaf tea options rather than just the bags. Anyhow, this is a neat café!
