Caribou Coffee

Love my coffee, so I thought I'd try something new today. Kwik Trips there are plenty in La Crosse, and I love my Kona Dark refills, but I'm also always up for trying something different. The coffee was fine, but as some of the other reviews suggest...the wait time was pretty bad. I did wait a good 15 minutes at least with only three cars ahead of me, and all I was looking for was a dark roast. But at $3.50 for a large, and then $1.50 tip...I think next time I'll just go to Kwik Trip across the street and get my refill for $1.25. And to be honest...I think the Kona Dark tastes better too. I noticed they do offer other things on their menu, but I wasn't looking for food or cream or sugar boosts. So maybe there's just a different audience for this spot. Also...I didn't notice indoor dining. Just a drive thru, and a window to walk up to. It was alright...not bad...just alright.

This has been my go to coffee shop for the last 5 years. The staff was friendly, coffee was always great and it was quick. In the last 6 or 7 months, things have changed so drastically. The staff has all changed as far as I've seen and the new members are just cold, bordering on rude. It has definitely made a difference in where I chose to go on a regular basis. The last two times I've gone, I've burnt myself on the coffee. As a constant coffee drinker, I expect it to be hot. I don't expect it to actually burn my tongue and leave it sore till the next day. I mentioned it the first time, to be told they must have hit the extra hot button. Twice in a row tells me they're either being careless or something has changed. Not sure I'll be back for a while.

I'm a fan of Caribou, however, the wait times at this location are terrible, regardless if you walk in or use drive-thru. It is always a 20+ minute wait. Often, there are only one or two cars ahead of me and the parking lot is close to empty. I appreciate baristas as I know the job they do, yet I don't understand how the wait is so long when there are two people in line and barely any customers physically in the store. If I want Caribou, I know I need to get up at least 20-30 minutes early for work so I can get the coffee and to work on time. Sadly, I have stopped going to this location due to this reason. Skip this line and go to another coffee shop if you are wanting fast. tasty, and reliable coffee, especially in a pinch. The new Scooters is pretty timely!

Really good coffee but the wait time is crazy long. Most days you’ll be in the drive thru for 30 minutes better to just go in a day when you have no plans.

This place has good coffee but the wait time is ridiculous. There should not be a drive through if they can’t keep up with it. I was late for work waiting 40mins in the line and there’s no way of getting out of it

Took over 15minutes to get 2 coffees, server was rude when asked how much longer, and said she doesn’t like being told what to do and wasn’t paying attention to the orders. Cashier was professional.

Was a pretty long wait time after I ordered. Only got a cold drink n was over 20 mins.Food: 3/5

Very nice place. It was late so I decaf coffee with a friend. Coffee was good didn't even taste like decaf. The place has lots of room to sit and many tables. They also have a lot of delicious looking baked goods. Life is very clean and the staff was very friendly. It's a very warming inviting environment. Features: The staff wear masks

I have tried this drive-through three different times and each time you sit there for about 20 minutes to get one coffee. I won’t be going back there are plenty other places with better service.

Been my favorite coffee shop for the past 5+ years, and that’s changing. There’s a couple employees with amazing customer service, but it doesn’t matter too much when you constantly get the wrong order and have to wait 20 mins to an hour at ANY given time in the drive through! I come here almost every day, and at least once a week, my order is messed up. I don’t even want to get back into line and wait another 30 mins for another coffee, nor should I have to. The guy with longer hair is amazing, always remembers my order and makes it great, with amazing customer service. Aside from him, I really see EVERYONE including and especially management needing to step up. Hopefully they get it together, because I’ll be back.
