Here's an example of what a local coffee shop should be like: While ordering yesterday, the barista informed me the CC machine was down. She asked if I had cash. I did not. She replied that she would make me the coffee if I promised to come back and pay later that day.    I agreed and wrote an IOU, enjoyed my coffee, paid my tab later that night. I'm a customer for life.

Such a great coffee shop - I've been here a half dozen times and it's consistently peaceful and tasty.  The billy goat sandwich is amazing and the coffee is well-roasted every time.
