Cardtronics ATM

SEEMS NOT TO ACCEPT OVERSEAS CARDS. -- I've used many ATMs to withdraw money from my U.S. bank account. This bank's is the only one that flat-out rejected the transaction with the message "Contact your bank". Immediately following this, I was able to make a withdrawal from both an HSBC and Bank of China bank without contacting my bank. Being right outside Cafe de Coral, I've seen customers of ICBC use this machine, and seem to have no trouble.
