Received a quote and placed an order with Cardinal Boxes. 7 weeks later we followed up on the order and were told that they weren't going to honor the price of the order we had placed. Instead we would have to place a new order at twice the price. They didn't even bother reaching out to us - we had to call them to find this out. I tried contacting the company directly as I don't like dealing with these issues through Google Reviews, but all I got was a run around and unreturned emails. Dealing with these guys was a big mistake we won't repeat - hope someone else learns from our mistake.

I have ordered a number of times for my small business and I always receive first-rate service and quality product. Very happy dealing with Cardinal!

Fantastic service. Original order was at the reception waiting for me. I had to add to that order and it was ready in a couple of minutes if that. Very friendly receptionist and staff.
