Cardamom

I just ordered the Baharat Spiced Mocha from my first visit at Cardamom. It was delicious. Not your usual Mocha thanks to the mixture of spices in the drink. It may be gritty because of the spices and the dark chocolate, but it’s a perfect chocolate taste that is a good choice for people with adventurous taste buds. The aroma of the dining room is also very fragrant, the kitchen is definitely doing a wonderful job to keep the scent of the restaurant. The servers are friendly, very attentive, and does not pressure me to order quickly or leave. The only thing that made me discombobulated is the website saying they have bakery items but the servers told me otherwise that they did not have any available baked goods. It is on the pricey side, but I only wanted coffee that afternoon. I will try their food fare when I bring a good friend along. It is nice though that they still have me a table and not the bar counter when I just wanted coffee. Thank you Cardamom, for being very welcoming.

*Thanks to Patrick for such a great experience this evening! Cardamom is our #1. Never disappoints! Hard to find better Mediterranean food. On top of delicious food and wonderful service, they have the greatest non-alcoholic cocktails that are more than a syrup, club soda and some garnish. My husband and I both can’t have alcohol so finding somewhere with such well-crafted drinks has been wonderful!

Love the vibe and the menu is so yummy! I wanted to try more—ended up ordering a new item 11/28/21, the fried chicken pita, side of fried potatoes and the roasted cauliflower with burrata—all delicious! Also got to sample my friend’s Turkish eggs so good! Great spot to check out!

Great location with views of the sculpture garden. The mezze plates were all delicious and we appreciated having so many vegetarian options. The main courses were a little overpriced and the service could have been better, but it was still a nice spot for a get together.

They have amazing presentation, especially when it comes to food with sauces or spices on the side, like the two entrée dishes only available during dinner, roasted lamb and half rotisserie chicken. My favorite was the tuna tabbouleh without a doubt. The chicken was undercooked, but the sauces and spices definitely managed to enhance the flavor. The roasted lamb was a bit dry, but once again the sauces and spices came through. The saffron crème brûlée was pretty good, with just enough sugar to cover the egg flavor while maintaining the saffron taste. Everything else was pretty good as well, with both strengths and weaknesses to each dish. The atmosphere, both indoor and outdoor, had enhanced the whole experience I have been there twice already, especiay with it right next to the Walker, it was for sure a monumental business to not just pass by without trying anything. Taking a walk in the Sculpture Garden after having lunch or dinner there would be a perfect activity, by the way.

Beautiful spot that extends the museum experience! Yummy plates, unique cocktails, and on trend ambiance. Recommend the ricotta pancakes and kismet cocktail.

Cozy location, amazing food great drinks and great staff! We truly enjoyed our time with the bartenders and staff. The food was definitely something we couldnt make ourselves which is our go to for selecting food!

Great meal at Cardamom last night! We really enjoyed the Moroccan Carrot Salad, Peach & Tomato Panzanella, and Seared Scallops. The food was all incredibly flavorful and fresh! I can’t remember the names of the cocktails we got, but they were all very refreshing although not all paired great with the food so we’d love to stop by just for drinks sometime! A note for those visiting for the first time: at present, there are servers, but you order everything from your phone and it is delivered to the table and then you check out on your phone. This system worked great for our visit and it was nice to be able to pace our meal on our own, but it wasn’t what we were expecting when we arrived and we saw that it threw some other diners off. Not sure if this is something that will stick around after the pandemic, but good to know before you go! The service was fast and everything came out in the correct order, which was great given everything was put in at the same time on our phone!

Went here in the summer and loved the ambiance both inside and out. Wonderful selection of wine and the menu simply tastes wonderful. Savored every bite and went home to try and replicate. Staff was attentive and super helpful in the experience. Would come back again and again.

RUN don’t walk and order a gin Gazos! I’ve told just about everyone about this drink and how refreshing it was! It’s $15 so sadly I only had one, #yagirlsnotrich but dream about it daily. I ordered the fried chicken pita— flavors were a total hit, just a little tricky to eat. Finished with the baklava tartno longer offered— it had a rich but light flavored custard and crumbly baklava; so good!
