The Best kabobs we ever had! Tried their chicken tikka & ground chicken kabobs. Both were delicious. Rice was so fluffy, well done & flavorful. Chick peas side with bread was also excellent. If you are in Richmond, this place is a must try.

My friends. Been telling me about this place for a while and today finally I grab a chance to taste the food, and honestly speaking, they were not lying. Good Carrie’s the authentic Middle East taste. Quality, quantity and variety, it checks all the boxes. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I am leaving it with a great memory and shall return soon.

Have been here several times in the past few months, and have ordered a variety of dishes. Everyone that I've brought here has absolutely loved the food! Service is very warming and welcoming, and no matter how much food I order, we always get it within 20 minutes or less! My absolute favorite dish that I highly recommend everyone to try is the Chicken Koobidah and Beef Koobidah combo over brown rice only. The meat is so tender and flavorful, it just melts in your mouth. Add the awesome white sauce, and it's just a fantastic experience overall! Chickpeas are quite good; however, the naan could use some improvement, but does not detract from the overall experience.

Service was fast! Food was amazing!!! Been looking for some good kabob and this did not disappoint. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. Definitely coming back for more! Officially my favorite kabob spot in Richmond.

I had been meaning to try Ariana Kabob for a long time. Great place to have a casual meal with a small group of friends. First the seating is comfy and it's a quiet restaurant something hard to find in the city!. But most importantly, the food is spectacular. Get a few different plates and split it with your group. Pictured is the Chicken Kobidah, which comes with rice, salad, bread and your choice of a side I got chickpeas, the other option was spinach. Seasoning was on-point all around, including the sauces. Still have a few more plates to try, but so far it compares very favorably to the Afghan food I've had in my previous hometown. Vegetarian options: They have falafel, hummus, salad, and flatbread.

I really like this place. The food really took me back to Kabul & Kandahar when i visited Afghanistan. The owners are friendly and they treat their guest with utmost respect and welcome as a family. Wanted to come here a few times to know my first time experience wasn't a dream The most authentic locally owned restaurant on Cary St by FAR. Every time you walk in you will receive a Super warm welcome. The owner really cares about each customer and wants to make each experience feel warm and inviting. EVERYTHING IS FRESH! Visit was 18 May 2022 after visiting the VMFA. I wanted Mediterranean food and found the restaurant advertised as Afghan food. The reviews were extremely high and I can see why. They definitely did not disappoint. My food was takeout. I had the Chicken & Beef Tikka combo plate, with Humas, additional Pita. Could not eat it all and I thought the rices brown & white would not be as great after my drive home to NC the next day but they were just as tasty and tender as the day before. I haven’t had a good plate of Mediterranean style food in a while and I wish they were located in my state. Food is excellent and reviews did not steer you wrong. The staff was friendly and kind and explained what I had asked. If in this area, I will be back. Thanks for the great food.

The best kabobs I have ever had, specially the kobedeh Kabob. Both food and environment is perfect.
