Wayne is the person who runs this place. Very, very poor customer service and he harbours racist attitudes. We had an agreement, he insisted that he have all of the money up front, he did part of the job and promised to complete the job at a later date. I had to call him regularly for months on end before he came by to attempt to complete the work, even then he would say he would come by, but would never showed up and I would have to call him again to rebook. Once he gets his money, he no longer cares about his agreement and he still owes me money because he did not have change when I paid him and said that he would get me the money next time, which he never returned. He harbours racist attitudes, when we were negotiating the price, he kept saying to my father "you people come to this country... we don't do business like that here". We are Canadian Citizens. I was born and raised in this country and have made a meaningful impact on our society. I tried being nice, and paid him up front expecting him to live up to his end of the agreement, but he did not complete the job and left my vehicle in a worst state then when it began. He also cannot recall things he said in the past, realted to agreements he made and then would say, "I would never say that". You should not have this man do your work, I highly recommend against it, go to someone else. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated and his lack of professionalism and poor quality of workmanship.
