Captain Nemo's Submarine Sandwiches

The place looked very clean and the girls behind the counter were polite and fast! Unfortunately, that's the only good part. The bread is hard, dry, and has no flavor. I was going to ask for extra veggies, however a sign indicated that is not allowed. Would have asked for no season salt as that was the predominant flavor of my turkey club, but didn't think to do so. The oil and vinegar wasn't great, either. Not enough veggies, not sure I got any onion at all. Two razor thin tomato slices and not a lot of lettuce. This place could learn a thing or two from Jersey Mike's. No Italian sub option. No extra anything. Seating area was blocked off. Overall, not a customer-friendly establishment. I won't be back.

The service was very good but the food is horrible this was my first time and my last time. The bread was literally so hard I had to pull half of it off. I asked for extra mayo and lettuce. I did not receive it two large subs cost me $30. I would give this a 4 out of 10 the bread is absolutely horrible.

I've been coming here for years since I was a kid great staff! Great service but JESUS CHRIST it's 18.00$$$?!?! For one large sub?! It was like 11.50 a yr or 2 ago for one large cold tuna you can get a 12 inch sub WITH MORE MEAT and a BAG OF CHIPS AND DRINK probably more for 18.00$?!?! At SUBWAY There's a difference between high prices and price gouging unless you want to be broke avoid going here.

Paid $34 for two subs, was not told a total until picking up the subs. I had high hopes since I know a lot of people used to love going here. The Philly was super dry and my veggie sub lacked taste so I had to add a lot of seasoning at home. The bread wasn’t great either.

Two sandwiches cost 34 dollars. The last posting of their menu says it should be 11 and change for a double. How do you justify raising prices 6 dollars in one year and not even posting your updated menu online? Nemo’s is not zingerman’s delicatessen. Nemo’s is a substandard hole in the the wall that gouges customers for cash. Worry not, if you post your updated menu prices I will change my review. Instead of talking about the sky high prices I will talk about how the over-recommended and overrated “cuisine” has almost as much flavor as water.

Got a steak an cheese sub an got more sub bun than steak I ask for extra sauce can barely tell there was any on it either get smaller sub buns or put more steak on it it's getting ridiculous now

This place used to be the best sandwich joint around but they have fallen off. Prices went up and the quality of the food went down. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. Penn station or just get subway.Food: 2/5

Absolutely terrible. I honestly can’t believe this place is in business. Ordered a tuna sub, got a shredded lettuce sub with a hint of tuna instead. 2 thin slices of tomato to top it off. Almost $40 for 2 lettuce subs. I wish this thing would let me add pics. You seriously have to dig through lettuce to see anything else. And if you can find the tuna, it’s tasteless also, all it is is watered down mayo. Complete rip-off. You should be sued and shut down.

I was charged $2 extra because I asked for no miracle whip or tomato on my turkey club. The employee said taking those off meant it was no longer a club so they charged me for a turkey sub add cheese and add bacon. I've been coming here for 6 years with this exact order and I've never been charged extra for this. I love the subs here but this situation is garbage and I feel like I got scammed.

Just went and got two steak and cheese, not sure where the steak and cheese were more like lettuce and bread, do not waste your time. Also wanted to charge me 2 dollars for a refill after spending 40 bucks on a giant piece of bread!!!! Don’t waste your time subway is way better. Also the meat was dry and had no flavor
