Just bad all around. Service was terrible no smile, waited for 55 mins for our meal, didn’t check once during our wait if we would like another coffee. Asked if they could Serve alcoholic beverages since we had been waiting and was close to 12, server said no. Asked another passing server she said they were. Okay!! Everyone in there was looking at the kitchen. I ordered breakfast, he ordered liver and onions. His meal came waited another ten for mine. The toast was dripping, literally with butter, potatoes so so so salty and oily, sausage cracked they were so over cooked. Eggs were fine. Liver Was okay, mashed potatoes were cool As server you should should give a quality check on your tables so we could have an opportunity to have the meal fixed. No service at all just a table, no smile, nothing to redeem We came in from Tweed. Needless to say we won’t be back. Wasn’t what it was or should be. One more suggestion. If the wait is more than a half hour to 40mins, let your customers know and so they know how long they will wait. No one minds to wait if they know. But quality and lack of service makes a statement; and hell, if you want a Caesar and it’s after 11:30 they should serve them if they are licensed, after all it’s a Sunday. And there was no line up either.

Could not possibly be more pleased with our choice of Wimpy's for breakfast this morning. We each ordered the fried chicken and waffle bennie, hers as-listed with the addition of sauteed spinach, mine with mushroom gravy in place of Hollandaise sauce at a $1 upgrade which was MORE than worth it. The chef on duty, Moniere sorry if I'm misspelling that; we asked our server for his name but not the spelling lol was very accommodating and did an outstanding job on the chicken in particular but, honestly, everything as a whole. I started the meal saying how I was going to tear into it when it came but I wound up having to slow down and savour every bite. I could rant and rave about this spot for pages but let me say, go, get the fried chicken and waffle bennie and consider the mushroom gravy substitution; amazing gravy and an even better combination. Kid-friendliness: Wholesome Americana diner atmosphere. Kids might even learn some good, older music if they're lucky. Parking: Parking is right out front with quick and easy access to the door. Best exit from the lot is going south on N. Front St or exiting south to turn east or west onto College.

Got a hot turkey sandwich on Uber eats & it was absolutely disgusting. Bread was out on top of vegetables which made it soggy & it only comes with one piece of bread. 2 tiny scoops of mash potatoes & veggies were nasty. I asked them if they could remake it & id pick it up but they wouldn’t even do that for me. Wasted 30$ on nasty prison food.

My girlfriend and I had the most wonderful valentines day experiance here right from the moment we walked in the door. Our server, Lyzoo, was amazing! Hands down the best server I've ever had and she went above and beyond to make our night special. The food was amazing and big portions. The place was very clean, the decor was awesome and they had some great old tunes playing. It was our first time here but we have now found our favorite spot to go. Lyzoo is not only the best server in town, but a genuinely wonderful person that the world needs more of. Thank you again so much for everything.

Since when is a scrabble egg a fried egg and chopped into bits? Asked for a bunch not to be toasted... it was. Staff doesn't like music played, so they turned it off. Don't think I'll be back.

Never again...been there twice...seriously pathetic food portions..first time I had turkey dinner with 7 French fries on my plate...told them about it ...tonight had turkey dinner again...maybe 10 fries if I was lucky....small portion of turkey and a few veggies....

Undercooked eggs, overcooked bacon and stale bread. I asked for “well done” home fries and they were barely done. I don’t often complain, but this was the worst breakfast I’ve ever paid for.

Beautiful restaurant with great staff and food! I would recommend you bring your older adult relatives here because the older decor can cue some memories from their past. The food is really good, they offer all day breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can chicken wings for breakfast! The staff is always the same and they are super kind! The food is also great. Highly recommend!

I honestly have to say this is a resturaunt to avoid at all costs unless you have lots of time to kill and want substandard food. Ordered chicken strips fries and a wrap and fries and the two cooks in the kitchen could not pull it off as was above their pay grade.I can now say we have the worst Wimpys in Ontario and the sad part is they could care less.

I ordered the wings and fries with a side of gravy. The meal portion was absolutely disgusting. 16 regular cut fries, there were 7 wings all smaller than my index finger...definitely less than a half a pound. The gravy was literally as thin as water with a remote taste of beef gravy. As soon as the plate was set down I questioned the price of the meal. I could tell the server was very uncomfortable. He assured me it was a pound of wings amd promptly tirned and waked away. I should have walked the extra 100 meters to Piper arms or 25 feet to pizza pizza. Not sure of their other portion sizes. I took a picture but am not being prompted to upload. I definitely cannot recommend.
