CAPS Parts

CAPS is the premier place to get automotive parts in the Ottawa-area compared to its competitors. Pricing is good, and there's a wide diversity of parts for almost every make, model, and year. Staff are helpful, both on the phone and in the store. My only criticism is the website. The inventory lists for products is almost as bad as Canadian Tire's inventory system and that says a lot because Canadian Tire's system is horrid. You are far better to go in or call. The website is not doing you any favors. Overall, it's a great place and I highly recommend.

Very bad customer service. I bought AC cool Refrigerant today. When the AC tech wanted to put them in my car, they did not work. I took them to another place, the same thing happened ,they did not work. It turned out that they are very bad quality because it worked with another brand. I went to the customer service to return them but they said that they are not returnable. However, the invoice does not say that these stuff not returnable. It says only the electronic parts are not returnable. Also, the guy who sold me that, he did not say that these stuff not returnable. There are no sign in the store says that. I told that to customer service buy they did Not want to return it. He told me, “you Can talk to any one in the store but I am not going to return it”.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with JR Saumure,manager of the Innes location by email. His response time was excellent and had the correct part diagnosed and sent to a closer location for me. Awesome experience. Thanks again JR Kevin M.

Best after market car parts store in town. Reasonable price. Knowledgeable and friendly staff members.

I bought four brand new winter tires there and they were really good price & really good tires staff was awesome respectful and well trained In their field of work . No waiting No games and real quick service keep it up guys good work

Amazing. I asked Curtis at the Bentley store about having an exhaust flange gasket brought from the Old Innes location and it was so easy i was caught off guard! One inexpensive gasket and he said it would be there in an hour. Incredible! Fantastic customer service!!

This is in my top 3 part stores. They usually have the best prices but not always. No complaints

The service I received today at this location was absolutely impeccable! Fast and friendly and extremely professional, Elias took the time to verify I was purchasing the appropriate parts for my vehicle. I will definitely refer my friends and colleagues to this CAPS location! Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the Bentley Ave. location. Keep up the amazing work!

Place is awesome really enjoy the service and the best prices. They have options of getting good products or lower quality so it’s nice to have that chose. Staff are always friendly

Drive thru a snow storm was told part was there already ,it wasn't even there till next day . Changed owners last year now it’s terrible
